Delivery

Free delivery is available for all orders above AED 250 across the UAE. Orders below AED 250 will be charged AED 30.

Standard Delivery: Items are dispatched within 2–3 working days for Dubai, and 3–4 working days for other Emirates.

Express Delivery: Items are dispatched within 1–2 working days for Dubai.

International Delivery: Additional local import duties and charges may apply. For more information, please contact us.

Our team will get in touch with you to discuss delivery and installation. While we cannot provide an exact time, we will share a 2–3 hour time window for our team’s arrival.

Installation usually takes place immediately after delivery. However, in some cases, circumstances may not allow this, and the installation will be scheduled separately. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Once the delivery is scheduled, if unforeseen circumstances prevent the team from completing it, they will send you an update message.

Please note: Delivery and installation cannot be cancelled once scheduled. If a second delivery attempt is required, additional charges will apply.

As we operate on back-to-back orders, traffic conditions may occasionally cause delays. We kindly request your patience and understanding.

Installation Service

Free installation is provided for most gym equipment and machines that require expert handling.

Please note that the free installation service does not cover items that require drilling or wall/ceiling mounting. This includes products such as:

• Brackets
• Pull-up bars
• Punching bag hooks

For these items, installation charges will apply depending on the product and installation requirements. The applicable installation fee will be added at checkout and typically starts from AED 150.

Our team will coordinate with you to ensure your equipment is installed safely and correctly.
