The Insight Fitness Multi Function with 3D Smith Machine - C9 is a comprehensive multi gym designed to combine multiple strength-training stations into one integrated setup. Built for versatile full-body training, the C9 brings together dual adjustable pulleys, a 3D Smith station, pulldown station, row station and functional training attachments for a wide range of strength exercises.

The dual adjustable pulley system provides independent cable training from both sides of the machine, while the integrated 3D Smith station expands the setup for guided compound strength movements. Dedicated pulldown and row stations provide additional options for upper-body and back training without requiring separate machines.

The C9 is equipped with 2 × 80 kg weight stacks, with a maximum weight stack configuration of 2 × 105 kg. Its adjustable pulley system provides 31 positions at 1.6-inch intervals, allowing the cable position to be configured for different exercises and training movements.

Integrated landmine, band pegs and battle rope kits further expand the system beyond traditional cable and Smith machine exercises, creating a versatile setup for strength and functional training.
